The products and services provided by Reiki Rendezvous—including healing crystals, stones, Reiki energy work, and Zone therapies (such as Foot Zoning and other modality zones)—are intended for spiritual, vibrational, and educational purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional for any health concerns.

 

2. Natural Variations

Since our crystals and stones are natural materials, each piece is unique. You acknowledge that the item you receive may vary in color, size, shape, and pattern from the photographs displayed on the Site. These variations are not considered defects.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds are accepted ONLY if a stone or product is broken or damaged before shipped.

4. Shipping & Losses

We personally package and ship all items from Utah. Reiki Rendezvous is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Shipped". If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Reiki Rendezvous name, logo, original photography, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Reiki Rendezvous. You may not use or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent.

 

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abusive behavior.
