Thank you for choosing Reiki Rendezvous. We personally package and ship all of our healing crystals and stones with care from Utah. Below are the details of our shipping procedures:
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and distance and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders of $125 or more.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days.
3. Carriers Used

We primarily use USPS Ground for standard shipments.

Larger items or bulk orders are shipped via UPS.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking information is automated through Wix and should update within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping.
6. Damages & Claims

Reiki Rendezvous is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
