Refund Policy for Reiki Rendezvous

At Reiki Rendezvous, we take great care in selecting and packaging our crystals and stones. Because these are natural materials, we have specific guidelines regarding what qualifies for a return or refund.

 

1. Return Eligibility

• We only issue refunds if an item is broken before shipping.

   

• All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about an item your purchased, please contact reikirendezvous@yahoo.com

 

​2. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS). We do not issue refunds for items lost or stolen after a successful delivery.​
